The food was tasty, fresh, and easy on the stomach, with both veg and non veg available. Room service was on par, and the location makes Dargah easy to reach. Prices are very competitive when you book face to face. The rooms may look a bit smaller than expected from the online pictures, but they're still very spacious.

The room wasn't clean, with visible cockroaches, and the bathroom was in such poor shape it couldn't be used. The AC could only be controlled by reception, and the room had no TV remote. Staff repeatedly pressured guests for tips despite the lack of a clean, comfortable environment. A deeply disappointing stay, and I can't recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent room.

The service is useless, yet they charge like this is a 5-star hotel.

The rooms aren't even cleaned, and the service is useless. The price is far too high. For what they charge, there's not even 1% worth of service.

I visited on 29 april and was really disappointed. The rooms and washrooms were very dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere, and even the plates were filthy. Room service was extremely slow, and the man at reception was a complete duffer. The room service was 3rd class. Very bad, very bad, very bad, plz don't visit.
