The staff made us feel right at home. They were warm, polite, and ready to help, whether arranging sightseeing, suggesting local spots, or checking if we needed anything. The mountain and valley views were beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed. Waking up to that scenery each morning felt magical. Meals were another strong point: fresh options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with plenty of variety and consistently delicious food, much better than at many other places we’ve tried in the region. The location was peaceful but also convenient for getting to Gangtok’s attractions. We had a wonderful stay at Alpine Hills Retreat by Rare Himalayas, which exceeded our expectations. I’d strongly recommend it for couples, families, or anyone after comfort, lovely views, and caring service. We’ll definitely come back!

The team was supportive throughout our sales group’s annual meeting at Hotel Alpine Hill Retreat in Gangtok, Sikkim. They handled our needs smoothly and promptly, so we could hold our sessions without disruptions. The accommodation was comfortable and well maintained for the whole team. The food was quite good too, with a range of options and flavors everyone appreciated. It was a satisfying, well-run experience, and I’d recommend the hotel for corporate meetings and group stays.

I was very disappointed to find what looked like a cockroach inside the sandwich delivered to me. This is a serious hygiene and food safety concern, and completely unacceptable. I’ve attached photos as evidence. I’m asking the restaurant and delivery platform to investigate promptly and take corrective action so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
