The staff didn’t respond or help when I raised problems, and the service wasn’t what the booking had promised. The room itself was dirty, with stained linens and an unpleasant smell. Basic amenities were missing or didn’t work properly. This was one of my worst hotel stays, absolutely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We’d booked a room for seven, but at check-in the receptionist said the price was going up and we’d have to pay extra. By then it was too late to find another hotel. I asked several times, but neither the receptionist nor the owner, who came over, cooperated. They gave us four rooms. One was good, but it had a broken bed and was very small. The staff were rude and I wasn’t happy with the service. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Please don’t stay here.

My booking, which I’d made two months earlier, wasn’t listed when I arrived. The staff were disrespectful and uncooperative. The hotel wasn’t clean inside or out, there were cockroaches in the room, and the rooms were very small. There’s no restaurant or food service. I’d only consider staying here for access to the nearest train station.

The rooms were in good shape, but the room service was among the worst I’ve seen. Staff behavior wasn’t good either.
