Golden Palm Suites

I was really upset with the service. I had paid for a breakfast package and called around 9am to ask for breakfast, but it still hadn't arrived at 10am. When I called reception, they said they'd only bring it if I called. I told them I'd already asked an hour earlier and had been waiting. They blamed it on the night manager having left and asked for my room number. For the money, you can get better hotels and service.

There wasn't even a cupboard for luggage or a hanger for clothes, and the bathroom wasn't proper or equipped with hot water. The towels were old and stained, the linen hasn't been upgraded, and fresh toiletries weren't provided on time. When I asked why they couldn't keep things clean, staff said the rooms had just been cleaned. The rooms haven't been maintained since the hotel was built. Even with my company paying, the room doesn't justify the nightly tariff. Money still needs to be spent well. The Make my trip photos are completely different from reality. I suppose these images will tell the truth.

I stayed here from 20th January 2025 and left the next morning. The room condition and upkeep were bad, and it felt like the high price was meant to keep people from cancelling once they saw the rooms. The rooms haven't been maintained since the hotel was built. They look very old and may not even have been taken in 2024. They say all rooms are booked, and after booking there's no refund option, so you're stuck. Please don't book through any online portal, including Make my trip. They may have stopped doing background checks. I suppose these images will tell the truth.

Overpriced, dirty, with the worst room and staff. I wouldn't recommend it even at 500 per day.
