Mr. Surendar, the manager, made the stay feel personal. He was friendly, attentive, and ready to help with requests, doing more than expected to keep guests comfortable. The facilities were well maintained and the atmosphere was welcoming. The rooms and hotel were impressively clean, with the staff paying close attention to hygiene throughout Happy Residency.

Cleanliness, hospitality, location, and affordability all get 5/5 from me. The location worked well too, with a market nearby for everyday needs, a Metro station a few hundred meters away, and one of Delhi’s biggest mall groups only a few kilometres off. Check-in and every request went smoothly, and the hospitality made the stay a real treat. Thanks again, and I hope to visit soon.

I’ll remember this stay fondly and am already looking forward to coming back. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were caring and always willing to go the extra mile. My room was spotless and cozy, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The friendly service and attention to detail made the visit lovely.
