The photos and Google location are misleading. It is in GK, but still a total waste of money. The rooms are in the basement with poor ventilation, so be aware. The family suite was okay, but the deluxe room had a terrible smell coming from the washroom. I asked the staff several times and nothing was done. Service was the worst too. There was no receptionist who could communicate professionally, and the two service boys didn't take requests seriously. We asked for breakfast early so we could get to the airport on time, but when we got up at 8am they were still asleep. Breakfast service was terrible.

The quiet nights and peaceful atmosphere made it easy to sleep well, and my room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient for getting to nearby attractions and restaurants. From the moment I arrived, the smiling staff made me feel welcome and were always ready to help. It felt like a home away from home, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly stay. I can’t wait to return.

I’ve been coming to this lovely hotel since 2022, and the service has been amazing every time. The staff are cooperative and nice, especially host Mt Rohit, who is a gentleman. Thank you, team jpm, for welcoming me each time.
