Rakesh ji was a big help, even printing my flight ticket after checkout, and the staff and server were friendly. We asked for breakfast at 6.45am and it arrived at 6.25. The hotel was convenient for our family visit to delhi. The AC was loud, though it seemed new, and a group of girls were partying with loud music and singing. I had to call reception to get them to stop so we could sleep peacefully.

The location made things easy, with the market just a two-minute walk away, restaurants nearby, and the metro about five minutes off. For this price around Karol Bagh, I don't think there's another hotel like it. We stayed two nights with friends and were impressed by the room's quality and feel. The washroom was just as clean, and the amenities were good. Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were warm and helpful.

The hotel was quiet and welcoming, with clean, calm rooms and tidy food and drinks. It’s on a main road, so transport was easy to find, even late at night, and I felt safe staying alone. The airport and offices are nearby too. Staff were courteous and professional, and took time to help with the service I needed. Check-in and checkout were easy. I was there on a business and family trip, and would recommend it and come back.
