I trusted OYO and came because the app showed 789, but the room smelled awful and was in very bad condition. The receptionist took my phone and cancelled the order, then demanded 1,300 rupees instead. My booking ID was THTD5191. When I asked for my money back, nobody helped. I think the hotel is misusing OYO's service. Please refund my money.

I had to pay 600 rupees extra because of the OYO booking when I arrived. This is a very bad, low-level hotel. Please don't book this kind of place.

The room was extremely dirty, with insect droppings, and there was no proper lock. The AC was terrible and the Wi-Fi didn't work. The staff behaved badly too. Not recommended, just a waste of money.

There was no geyser, AC, or towel, and the flush didn't work. The room was dirty, with packets left under and behind the bed, like nobody had bothered to clean. They also charged more than the price shown on OYO.

They gave me a used bedsheet covered in hair. Disgusting.
