The staff were lovely, always smiling, and there’s a restaurant inside the hotel. I really liked the place and would recommend it. There’s no balcony or pool, but it’s still a really nice hotel.

Sameer, the staff manager, was courteous, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Service was prompt, everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere was pleasant. They made my stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend.

The hotel itself was clean, but the welcome ruined the experience. Right after I arrived, I was led into a small office where a man presented as the hotel “boss” tried to sell me transport, tours, and a private driver for £45 a day. I’ve travelled to 40+ countries and told him I didn’t need help, but he kept pushing, asking my route around India and telling me I was doing it wrong. After half an hour of this, I got annoyed and told him to leave me alone. He laughed at my age, 33, and said, “I don’t know who i am speaking too.” The hotel later said he wasn’t part of it, even though he’d claimed to be the boss and his room was inside the hotel. I told reception the welcome couldn’t have been worse. I never usually review hotels, but I hope writing this means it doesn’t happen again. Best of luck selling your tours 👍🏻

Manager Sameer was polite, cooperative, and always willing to help. Hotel the bella express has a convenient location, and the basic amenities, including wifi and hot water, worked properly. The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained, and I had a pleasant, comfortable stay. I’d recommend it and would gladly stay again.
