The service was fantastic and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. The rooms were adequate but nothing special. An acceptable stay.

We arrived at 1am, and the manager first gave us a room for four people and asked us to manage five. After we requested it, they finally gave us two rooms. The bedsheet wasn’t changed, and there was only one socket in the room. For two days they didn’t mop the room or clean its dustbin. The hotel is in an untidy, unhygienic area and is hard to find on the map. The experience was average.

The staff were very supportive, and I loved my stay. There are all kinds of meals available nearby. The location is good if you want to visit places such as chandni chowk, sadar bazar, red fort.

The location is very good, within walking distance of New Delhi, Rly Stn, new Delhi metro, and RK Ashram metro. The hotel itself is old, with poor maintenance and old, obsolete furniture. Service is somehow okay, but the staff are untrained.
