The staff, rooms, cleanliness, room service, and power backup were good. The ACs weren't in proper condition, and there was no proper air ventilation in the room or corridor. Food prices were very high.

The rooms are very small, and the mattress felt as hard as the floor. It was like that in all the rooms. For the basic facilities they provide, it's quite costly, though it's okay for one night's stay.

There wasn't even a kitchen, though one had been promised, and the staff were bad. You have to teach them basic serving etiquette. The bed and even the seating weren't comfortable, so being there was a really bad experience. Don't go.

The hotel was in poor hygienic condition, and a rat was moving around the rooms. The complimentary breakfast felt like a rip-off, with hardly any choice or variety. Staff seemed poorly groomed and untrained, and cleanliness didn’t appear to be a priority.
