I stayed here for a family function near Moti Nagar. The hotel is close to a metro station, the food is good, and there's power backup. But I found a lot of problems: the AC leaked water and had no remote, the TV recharge hadn't been done, there were no bathroom hangers, the lock was broken, and the shower didn't work. Room service was quite slow, perhaps because the hotel was fully booked. The place seems mainly designed for couples, which may not suit every guest. For a married couple or someone exploring the area, I'd rate it 2/5. I'm sharing pictures of the issues I faced.

The rooms were very dirty, and there wasn't a towel, mug, bucket, or similar basics. I called reception four or five times to ask for a towel or other items, but they took an hour and a half to send anything. The receptionists were rude and didn't speak properly. They also wouldn't provide water because we'd booked through goibibo. Please don't book this hotel.

Nothing in the room made up for the bad bed, with iron wires poking through the mattress. Even the pizza I ordered was raw and underbaked. It was a very bad experience.

The staff were pleasant, security was excellent, and the entrance and reception felt okay. Food quality was average. The rooms, though, weren't clean or maintained, so I don't think it's a good fit for families.
