The room was ridiculously small and uncomfortable, and they charged me extra for it. There weren’t any towels, and when I asked, the hotel said they simply didn’t have any. For what I paid, I expected basic amenities and decent service, but this Oyo hotel was a huge disappointment. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it.

I hate the room and the service. It was so dirty, and the night manager behaved badly toward the client. He overcharged me 1,800, even though the room wasn’t worth that. This isn’t hospitality work. I’ll complain to the hotel manager in Delhi and the beat officer tomorrow.

The room was OK, not bad, and I’d stay here in an emergency or if I couldn’t find anything else. But the Google Maps location is totally wrong. It’s right at the start of the lane, theke Wali Gali, while the map shows it farther in. The lift didn’t work for all three days and seemed like it never worked, which was annoying since my room was on the third floor. Mosquitoes overwhelmed the reception area and made check-in difficult.
