I was in a Super Deluxe room for one night, and the way staff handled things was unprofessional. They kept calling to ask me to pay extra for the sofa bed, then sent someone in the evening to take it out of my room. At check-in I’d received just one small 500ml bottle of water. When I asked reception for another the next day, they rudely said I was lying and claimed they’d already given me two. No manager was available to deal with any of it. The treatment was so disrespectful that I eventually called the police to get the harassment to stop. Service was below average, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the hotel itself was good, with a hair dryer in the room. The problem was the neighborhood: the streets were chaotic and the air quality was poor. It’s near the famous Karim’s Hotel, but I’d probably come here by rickshaw for a visit instead of staying in this area. 😂😷🤔

I’m staying here now, and the room’s AC and refrigerator don’t work. The bathroom isn’t usable, with a broken or non-working washbasin, commode, flush, and commode lid. Room service doesn’t respond, and basic amenities aren’t being maintained. They charge a lot, as if this were five-star accommodation, but the facilities don’t come close.

Jama Masjid is just opposite, and all the popular restaurants are about a five-minute walk away. Great location.
