OYO Home 78969 E-block

After searching for hours, I finally arrived and had to pay 500 rupees extra, even though the OYO booking price was lower. The staff were rude, and the rooms and bathrooms were in awful condition with very little cleanliness. The service was terrible. It felt like hell, and I can't recommend it.

I booked online for ₹750, but reaching the place was a struggle. There was no proper signboard, and I spent over 30 minutes asking people for directions. It was inside a small apartment building and didn't look like a proper hotel. The room was in poor condition and full of mosquitoes, definitely unsuitable for families. Staff then demanded ₹1300 instead of the booked amount, saying, 'the app shows less, tax is extra.' With my family there, I felt so uncomfortable that I left immediately without staying. One of my worst hotel experiences. OYO should take strict action against places like this because they're damaging customer trust.

Nice hotel, with good staff and a room that's couple friendly.

The washrooms were dirty and unhygienic, and the room was horrible. They use tactics to get extra money, saying there's a problem with the OYO payment already made. Then, they tell OYO you disliked the room and chose another one, get the booking cancelled, and charge double. At midnight, with two pieces of luggage, finding somewhere else isn't easy, so you feel forced to stay. The place and the people's attitude were shocking.
