Hotel 2 Yaars by OYO Rooms

The room smelled really bad from the washroom, and it hadn't been cleaned. When I ordered lunch, the receptionist came straight into my room without asking permission. That guy at reception wasn't professional, and this was such a bad experience. If ratings went below zero, I'd give this hotel one.

I read the bad reviews, but this was the only nearby hotel, so I went anyway. It turned out to be the worst decision. The owner asked for extra money, the location was pathetic, and the rooms weren't worth even Rs100. I didn't get a refund from Oyo, but I booked Zostel instead.

I got there around 2 a.m. and was told I had to pay another Rs 2000 because, they said, my online payment of Rs659 hadn’t reached them and the app price was outdated. The room wasn’t worth Rs 100. I’d only booked it because it was the sole option available in ghitorni. I refused to pay and left to book with fab hotels instead. The owner was abusive and took advantage of the situation. I still haven’t received my refund. Don’t pay in advance. I’d avoid OYO and use Airbnb, fab hotels, or my favorite, hostel world.

I’d stay away. I’d already paid through OYO, but the manager claimed the money hadn’t come through and demanded another 1500. The service, rooms, location, and the people were all awful. They may even use your phone to leave a review and rating, so don’t hand it over.
