The one good thing is that it's close to the Airport. Otherwise, the lane feels very shady, and the room had a dirty bed and a very dirty bathroom. The OYO app showed ₹550 after discount, but the hotel charged ₹700 extra and said they had nothing to do with OYO. Definitely not recommended for families. Very bad experience. There are some good hotels in Mahipalpur, and I wouldn't book through OYO again.
The OYO app showed that I was checked in before we'd even arrived at the hotel. Then they tried to charge the same amount again, even though I'd already paid through OYO, so it felt like they were charging twice. We didn't get even half the amenities listed in the app.
The place isn't good, and the lane feels very shady. The staff were good, but they always say there's an extra charge when you arrive.
It was the worst experience I've had. They charged more even though I paid in full through the app when booking. The door lock was broken, the washrooms were in terrible shape and leaking, and there was no warm water. Bedding wasn't proper, no bath towels were provided, and there was no sanitation. There were cigarette butts around. Water kept dripping even after I closed the tap.
Oyo was a terrible experience for me. I’m never using it again. Just the worst.
