OYO 22663 Qlark Rooms & Lawn

Rubbish hotel, rubbish manager, rooms, service, everything. Don't book it, you'll regret it. This isn't a family hotel, it's only teenagers and couples, I assure you. We had to call five or six times and wait seven or eight hours just to get a towel. The rooms are dirty and smell weird, bathrooms are untidy, and neither the TV nor AC works. Most AC units are window units, and there isn't a remote. Food service is terrible, so we had to go out for meals. There weren't restaurants nearby, so we only managed to buy some snacks outside. The area is rubbish too. Everything is totally Bekar.

At 1:30 pm on 22 September, we waited at least an hour for a room. The receptionist didn't seem to care and said she'd provide one when she got the room key. This was the first time I'd faced something like this. Management isn't good, and the manager can't control the staff. I'd suggest replacing the receptionist and hiring someone well educated who can handle both guests and staff.

The staff were horrible, and this was the worst hotel experience ever. The room was full of mosquitoes. They gave me a Mortein coil after I complained, but it filled the whole room with smoke and still didn't kill enough of them. The TV didn't work, and the toilet seat was broken. There were blood and sperm stains on the sheets. The bed was a five-inch foam mattress that felt comfortable for the first few hours, then left me with severe back pain in the morning.

We came back after attending a friend's reception and found the gate locked because there was a function at the hotel and some issue between the owner and another party. None of us could get in, so we waited outside for over an hour. The watchman told us to cancel the booking if we couldn't wait, but we couldn't because our luggage was inside. When we later spoke to the receptionist, the answer was careless. The place is hard to locate, tucked away in a dirty area. Our room wasn't very clean, and neither the room nor bathroom had latches. Staff were irritating, knocking at odd hours, including 4:30 AM, then having nothing to say but sorry.
