The lobby smelled awful, like sweaty socks left out after a long hike. I asked for a non-smoking room, but the first one smelled of cigarettes and strong mold. They moved me to another room, though staff had just sprayed air freshener in it. That faded within minutes and the same moldy smell came back. The room-service staff member had a terrible attitude and seemed reluctant to open the new room after spraying it. I lasted ten minutes before leaving to stay with family. My father stayed the night since we’d already paid, and he found the sheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed after the previous guests. We felt itchy and hoped it wasn’t bugs. This last-minute booking is now my benchmark for the worst hotel. Based on the cleanliness, staff friendliness, and atmosphere, it wasn’t a three-star place, more like a roadside motel. There were newer, better hotels next door, and I regret not booking one of them. There should be an option to rate it below one star.

The food had tasty options for different preferences, and the venue looked beautiful, with lovely decor and plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and handled things smoothly. The location was convenient and easy to reach. I’d highly recommend it for an occasion, with five stars for the service, atmosphere, and food.

JK Hotel in South Delhi is a great choice. It’s conveniently close to Kalkaji Mandir Metro Station, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast had a nice spread. I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

I held a family function at The Jk Hotel banquet yesterday. The decor was lovely and the venue looked stunning, with plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and everything ran smoothly. I’d recommend it for any occasion. ❤️

The location in C R Park worked well for me, with a peaceful feel but markets and other important places nearby. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the hotel had a calm, pleasant atmosphere. My room at The J K Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were polite and quick to respond when I needed something. For the price, the comfort and service were worth it. I’d consider staying again and recommend it to others visiting the area.
