The hotel door men were outstanding. They called cabs, gave us directions, and offered reliable suggestions for nearby places to eat and visit. The front desk staff were friendly too. Our deluxe double Queen room was spacious and nice, and the recently remodeled hotel looked great. We found reasonably priced snacks and drinks at a nearby restaurant. There was also a wonderful grocery store just around the corner and a few steps from the entrance, though I can't remember its name. We were pleasantly surprised from start to finish.

We used our patio room quite a bit, and it was beautiful. The beds were fairly comfortable, the grounds were well kept, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety. The only problem was that our room wasn't made up until after 3 or 4. Coming back from the heat to find it still undone wasn't what I wanted. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The rooms had dirty sheets and very hard beds, like sleeping on a village jute rope bed. The walls had large patchy marks from moisture, the bathrooms smelled, and water pooled on the floor instead of draining properly. The AC didn't work well, and the TVs were only 24 inches. Food wasn't good, and they charged a lot for it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I paid in advance and ended up in the worst room I've ever had. It was disgusting, like hell. The bedsheets had blood stains, the marble floor was completely black from poor hygiene, and the washroom tap was broken. Couples, please, I repeat, do not book here. It was a total waste of money. I swear I wouldn't go back even for free if the owner asked. Anyone reading this, please don't book this place or you'll regret it. 🙏🏻💔

The person at reception was lovely and gave me a nice room. When I asked for tea at night, he agreed. I was really happy with my stay at hotel Qlark, and grateful for the service. Since the hotel is near several others, a big sign visible from far away would help. Thanks again for the kind service.
