The owner pressured guests to give a 5 rating, even though this place doesn't deserve any rating. The whole experience was disgusting. I saw local girls and boys coming in for a few hours, and other unpleasant crowds. As a woman, I didn't feel this was safe at all. I wouldn't recommend Club residency to anyone looking for a decent stay in Delhi, especially families. The hotel was filthy, the room and sheets were dirty, the washroom stank, the AC didn't work, and there were stains everywhere. I felt sick from how unhygienic it was. It was the worst place I've ever visited, and 'worst service' doesn't even cover it. I also wonder how @OYOrooms allows places like this to register. It feels like OYO has fallen so far that they'll do anything for money.

Furniture was poorly maintained, and there were broken doors, switchboards and TVs, among other problems. The washrooms were unhygienic too. One of the worst properties I've stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for even a passable place.

The prices were high, but there were no towels, no cleanliness, and the mattresses were very hard. This is a very low-quality hotel, the worst I've ever visited. They're also updating reviews on the OYO app using clients' phones, so don't trust the app rating.

The washrooms had tobacco stains, and the new room they offered still had birthday decorations in it. I hadn't stayed at the hotel, but when I asked for a refund, the property manager refused. The support he gave was ridiculous, and the whole experience was impossible to put into words. This feels like a scam they're running, not a hotel.

The bed was very low, and the mattresses were too hard. The bedsheet, blanket and pillow were dirty, there were no towels, and the LED didn't work. The socket beside the bed was broken. Strongly not recommended.
