The bathroom was broken and dirty, and the jug was broken too. I found a huge rat in the room. The nearby rooms had loud DJ music playing until 3 at night. For an hour, nobody took our order, whether we asked for food, a water bottle, or a towel.

I wasn’t satisfied at all. The staff and service were both very bad, and even the room wasn’t clean. Please don’t stay here.

For 9k, it works for a low-budget trip. The room was decent, and the location is prime.

I’ve been trying to get support from the owner, @Vishal Garg, and asked the staff to let me speak with him. They just told me the owner had placed us there, so we should talk to them instead. I don’t think hospitality works without service, and the staff haven’t been cooperative at all. I shared my number with the person at reception and would really appreciate it if you could call us, sir. I hope we can get your support after this, @owner.

The rooms are neat, the food menu is decent, and the rooftop multipurpose hall works well for small Punjabi wedding functions. The hotel is pet friendly, too. It seems to get couples staying for a few hours, and sometimes wedding parties stay because it’s close to Banquet Halls.
