After a miserable night on the bus, my friend and I arrived early with our confirmed MakeMyTrip booking and proof of confirmation. The staff member refused to check us in unless we paid another 4,000 rupees, even though we'd already paid the full amount online. He was rude and wouldn't let us use his phone to call MakeMyTrip customer service. Without Indian SIM cards, we felt stuck and upset, so we found another hotel for less than the extra amount he demanded, just so we could finally rest. This place felt like a huge scam and shouldn't be open.

I checked with the owner before booking, and he agreed to the online Oyo price. But after I spent 200 rupees on a taxi from the airport and arrived, the man there said a room would cost at least 1,200 rupees. Don't get caught out like I did. This place isn't even worth one star.

Save yourself the time and money and don't book here. Even with a booking through an app like Oyo, they may demand extra payment. If you won't pay, they abuse you and refuse to give you a room. Be careful.

Shamir from this hotel cheated me out of 7,213 rupees. My first PhonePe payment got stuck because of a server problem, and Shamir said he'd return the money if it reached his account, so I withdrew cash from a nearby ATM and paid again. Three days later, the first payment showed up in his account. Now he won't answer my calls or respond. They're terrible at handling money.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the service was very good. The prices were affordable, and the friendly atmosphere made the stay feel almost luxurious. Hotel manager Narendar was a decent person who seemed to value customers.
