Hotel O Iris Lite

I saw your ad on Instagram and made a booking through your platform. When I politely tried to negotiate the price, your employee responded by using abusive language instead of dealing with it professionally. That's unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Customers should be spoken to respectfully and courteously in any situation. Please look into this seriously and make sure it doesn't happen again.

During my stay from 25 September 2025 to 27 sep 2025, they wouldn't give me the room keys. They said the key was misplaced or the previous customer had taken it by mistake, and told me not to worry because they were there and CCTV was on 24/7. But when I went out for work, they gave my room to another unmarried couple for their fun, meaning to have sexual relations. The room wasn't fully clean. When I raised it with the staff, they shouted, "That's how it is here." That isn't acceptable for a hotel customer. The washroom wasn't clean either, the toilet seat was dirty, and the bucket smelled foul. They also charged more than the MRP for a water bottle. There was no cleanliness. I picked this place because it was comfortable for the price, and now I regret it a lot. This is a true review. Please don't go there, avoid this hotel. ❌❌❌

The location is very good for getting around, with both Pink and Blue line metro stations nearby. I stayed for four days with my family and got facilities worth what I paid. Manager Gupta, Akshay, and Rustam were cooperative and friendly. Management should improve the cleanliness.

Breakfast was included, but they didn't provide it. They said I'd get it the next day, then made a lot of excuses and didn't provide a single thing. We arrived before check-in time, and they charged 500 to give us the room. It was a really bad experience.
