Hotel Red Carpet & Banquet

We booked the hall for a cultural event, but the arrangements weren't ready on time and the manager's attitude was awful. They charge a lot, yet the service is really poor. I also doubt some of the positive reviews, since the reviewers seem to be friends or family of the staff. I wouldn't suggest visiting.

Guests were left waiting a long time for food, and the event was badly managed from start to finish. I booked this banquet for my baby's first birthday, but it turned into a huge disappointment. The food was extremely poor, the service even worse, and cleanliness was lacking. Cockroaches were around the chairs and sofas, with mosquitoes everywhere. It's overpriced, careless, and unprofessional. I wouldn't book this venue for an event, since it could spoil a special occasion.

The power cuts were long, and nobody came to start the generator on time even after we asked several times. Kids were trapped in the lift for around 15 minutes during one outage, then came out scared and crying. That's unacceptable and points to a serious lack of safety measures. When we reported it, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional instead of helping or apologizing. The banquet is overpriced and fell short of expectations, with poor management and little concern for guest safety. I wouldn't recommend it for an important function.

The food arrived cold, and the staff didn't take proper action even after we complained repeatedly. The DJ and music system were managed so badly that the engagement's atmosphere suffered and many guests were disappointed. Service was careless and unprofessional throughout, and the function was completely ruined. It was a frustrating, disappointing experience, and the worst we've ever had. I wouldn't book or visit again.
