Hi owner, I wanted to make you aware of a disappointing sales interaction. The male staff member in charge of sales was rude and arrogant, and didn't seem to know how to deal with customers. Even the way he explained things was unpleasant. If he continues working in your shop, I don't think people will want to come in. Please look into how he is handling sales. Regards,
