Presidency Airport Hotel

I stayed here for one day, from 8th Feb to 9th. The airport pickup was well managed, and everything else was great too. The restaurant food was excellent for its taste, variety and quality, and breakfast was a lovely buffet. The location is great, right opposite the airport, but the rooms are so well soundproofed that I couldn’t hear the road or airport from inside.

The airport is only a five-minute walk from Presidency Airport Hotel, which made getting to my airport duty easy. After more than a year here, it’s started to feel like a second home. I never ran into trouble with the services, and my family enjoyed their several stays with me too. Meals stayed varied and delicious throughout the year, thanks to Sumesh Ji, Rocky, Thushara, Aukka, and chef Jinesh. That made a long hotel stay much less repetitive. The housekeeping team, led by Shalet Anil Madam with Manju Chechi, Habijul, and Bappan, kept the rooms clean and comfortable. I’m grateful for their care. Ritz and the front desk team, including Aloni, Joyal, and Lerin, made check-in and check-out quick. Whenever I needed help, they responded straight away and found a solution. Jacob and Renjith also kept pickups and drops punctual, with no long waits, which helped my daily routine. I was touched by the send-off and thoughtful gift arranged by Ritz, Meenu, Jackson, and Shalet Madam. I’ll miss everyone at Presidency. My thanks to Ritz Sebastian for the hospitality, and to all the staff who made my time here so comfortable and memorable. If I’ve left anyone out by name, it wasn’t intentional.

We had two rooms at Presidency Airport Hotel near Cochin International Airport. Both were tidy, comfortable, and well cared for. The reception and room staff were welcoming and helpful, and Sumesh and the restaurant team deserve a special thanks for their service and hospitality. The food was very good too. A convenient, pleasant stay near the airport, and one I’d recommend.

I spent 16 days at the Presidential Airport Hotel. The airport-facing location is hard to beat, but the hospitality was what made the stay stand out. Mr. Ritz, Mrs. Arpita, and Mrs. Anjana greeted me warmly each time and made things feel personal. Both breakfast and dinner were consistently great. The kitchen does a lovely job with Kerala flavors if you’re keen to try them. I also enjoyed the infinity pool and the on-site sports bar, a nice place to have a chilled beer after work. For a workout, I walked about 700m to Aktiv Gym. Nearby, Saravana Bhavan and Tehran are worth a mention for Irani chai and pistachio maska bun. A high-standard stay, and one I’d happily recommend.
