The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, and the food was delicious and very good quality. We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Grand Park Inn. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjay Thakur at reception, who welcomed us warmly, helped with everything, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. I got to the hotel well before check-in, and Mr. Sanjay Thakur and Gagan Dogra kindly let me use a luxury room temporarily until the room I’d booked was ready. That was a thoughtful gesture and made me feel well looked after. The staff were polite, professional, and supportive. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was delicious and good quality. I had a comfortable, memorable stay at Grand Park Inn and would recommend it to anyone visiting Karol Bagh.

Mr. Sanjay Thakur was a real help during our stay. He was polite and professional, always friendly, and quick to assist. His manner made an already enjoyable visit even better. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, the ambiance was pleasant, and the hospitality was impressive. I had a wonderful experience.

Mr sanjay thakur managed the place very well. The location made it easy to get to nearby areas, and housekeeping responded promptly. The basic amenities were kept up, the ambience was calm and welcoming, and check-in and checkout both went smoothly. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout. I had a pleasant stay.

For a reasonably priced option in Central Delhi, this was good value. Hotel Grand Park Inn, Karol Bagh is conveniently located near the market and metro. My room was clean, and the service was satisfactory. Mr. Sanjay Thakur deserves a special mention: he was polite and very helpful, and made sure our stay went smoothly and comfortably.
