Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway

The mall, walkway, and lush green surroundings were a lovely bonus. I wasn't sure at first whether I'd booked the right place for our first time in Banglore, but choosing Sheraton Grand Banglore for our holiday turned out to be an amazing experience. We had a warm welcome and smooth check-in, and the ambience was wow. The staff were courteous, breakfast was a well-laid buffet, our room had a good view, room service was prompt, and housekeeping was helpful. The restaurant and pool were just right too. I'm running out of words, so just one: WAOW. Thanks, team Sherton grand banglore Brigade. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

Orion Mall is right next door, so there was plenty to do nearby. The hospitality, breakfast, security, and location were all magnificent, and I had a comfortable stay. The Junior Suite was brilliant, with lots of space, a lounge and sitting area, high bar-style seating, a large bedroom, and two bathrooms.

The food tastes good, and both the view and ambience are nice. But I've been to High ultra lounge a few times, and the service has been quite bad. We have to keep asking just to get a glass of water, and the food takes a very long time. They don't listen and seem to judge you by what you're wearing. Sometimes they act like they're doing us a favor. They really need to improve the service.

Rahul's thoughtful good-luck gift at checkout was much appreciated. Mr. Rahul Dalal made the whole stay seamless, from check-in right through to check-out. The food and service at Feast were good. I personally prefer the experience at Sheraton Whitefield, though, where the chef would come over to recommend dishes and even arrange takeaway for guests in a hurry to eat while traveling. I'd love to see that same thoughtful touch at the Rajajinagar property.
