Ladera restaurant was the only good part of our stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we wouldn’t choose to return. We were there for one night, and the room felt very average for the price. It had minimal amenities, the tea and coffee weren’t properly stocked, and there was no proper heating, which made it uncomfortable. The view was blocked entirely by a wall, leaving the room feeling dull. The interiors seemed dated, and the seating looked worn. The part that disappointed us most was the apparent preference for Japanese guests. We asked to use the karaoke room and were denied, while it seemed to be available to Japanese guests. If one group is being given priority, that should be communicated clearly instead of making others feel unwelcome.

We held our engagement party across the Ladera outdoor Mediterranean restaurant and the indoor Japanese restaurant, and everything was perfect. The food and service were impeccable, and the décor and ambience were lovely. Lalit, the banquet manager, coordinated everything excellently. Mahesh handled the food service, and Sanjay took care of the beautiful décor and attention to detail. Highly recommend this venue for special occasions!

The buffet was nice, the staff were friendly, and the Ladera restaurant for Italian food was very, very nice. If you stay here, get a deluxe room. The non-deluxe rooms face the wall of the Radisson hotel, blocking the windows and leaving no natural light. I stayed for 3 days and the room felt gloomy. The wardrobes in those rooms are small and have no shelves. The hotel holds a technoparty from 12am-5am on Fri and Sat, and there’s a karaoke room on the 5th floor. That was my floor, so there was plenty of noise on those nights.

Good parties happen here, and it’s heaven for the techno crowd. The washrooms are small, though, and there’s a lot of waiting during gigs.
