ITC Kohinoor, a Luxury Collection Hote, Hyderbad

Chief Manjiri, Sen and Sushanu at Dum Pukht changed the whole meal for us. We were disappointed with the Awadhi food served at first, but they listened to our preferences, recommended dishes that went well together and customized the food to our liking. It turned into a delicious, memorable dinner, and their personal attention and care made us happy customers. I’m leaving ITC today pleased and will recommend people visit. This is how a concern can become a success through empathy and attentive service. I look forward to coming back.

Akash at the front desk made a real difference with his warm welcome, professionalism and attention to detail. The staff and service were outstanding, and the atmosphere was excellent. ITC Kohenur is a beautiful property, with comfortable rooms and the kind of experience I'd expect from a premium hotel. One of the best hospitality stays I've had in a long time. I hope to return.

Pushpa deserves a special mention. She was warm, attentive and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after, which made the stay feel personal. The restaurants were a highlight too. We tried all the options and loved their distinct specialties and world-class food. The whole team was accommodating and knowledgeable, and they surprised us with a farewell cake and a beautiful bouquet. Such a thoughtful send-off made leaving memorable. A luxurious stay with top-tier service from everyone.

I was in Hyderabad for a Television Awards event and was glad to find that check-in at ITC Kohenur involved no wait at all. After the journey, getting a room immediately was a welcome surprise, especially since check-in at many star hotels can take a long time. Madam AHANA at reception handled everything courteously and efficiently, making me feel welcomed and valued. Staff like Ahana are an asset to a hotel and help build its reputation through their dedication. Thanks to her and the entire ITC Kohenur team for a memorable stay.
