OYO 4346 Apartment Serene Nest

The rooms and washroom weren't very clean, and the spring mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast was worthless, and the staff were rude. I nearly got into a big argument with them because they didn't honor what had been promised when I booked. The worst part was the privacy: it's a building with apartments containing four bedrooms each, and the apartment doors stay open all the time, so anyone can walk into any apartment whenever they want. Avoid this place if you can.

This feels more like a service apartment than a hotel. I was there for a close friend's Wedding Sangeet party, with many guests flying in from Kolkata. The complimentary breakfast was only idly-upma and tea-coffee, and nothing was brought to your room, even if you were very sick or unable to walk. The upma ran out, then the coconut chutney wasn't available, so there was no idly, and shortly after that the tea was gone too. Guests waited over 20 minutes with nothing arranged, then left the tables hungry and embarrassed. The staff acted as if they were being forced to work and spoke to guests in whatever tone and words they felt like. When I reported it to the hotel owner, he defended the staff, blamed the guests, and even tried to turn the tables on us. Neither he nor the staff boys apologized for their hooliganism. They seem clueless about the basics of hotel service, while putting money into real estate and acting like goons. Book here if you want to run into medieval third world attitudes.

The room itself is good, but this is a residential complex being run as service apartments. There are two 4BHK flats on each floor, with each bedroom rented as a separate room and its own attached bathroom. The "H" and "K" are missing. Breakfast can be arranged on request, and there's an in-house dining area or one by the parking. The road to the apartment is in terrible shape.

There are 38 rooms, all with free WiFi, kitchens, and flat-screen TVs with cable channels. Free WiFi is also available in public areas, along with laundry facilities, free breakfast, and free self parking. The hotel is in Hyderabad, close to Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre, Mindspace IT Park, and HITEX Exhibition Centre. Kotla Vijayabhaskara Reddy Botanical Garden and Hyderabad International Convention Centre are nearby too.
