Cockroaches everywhere, no proper ventilation, and a dirty bathroom. There was no TV or Wi-Fi either. The managers gave terrible service and didn’t even speak properly. During the Christmas holidays an auto driver brought us here and recommended it, saying we wouldn’t find hotels. I’d have given it a minus rating if I could. Better to stay in a hostel or PG than here. This isn’t even worth 500 rupees.

The room was filthy and unhygienic, with little bugs, including cockroach-like insects, running around everywhere. It was disturbing and unacceptable. Service was just as disappointing. Staff acted very unprofessionally. We asked several times for a dustbin and hot water, among other things, but they never brought them. Checkout was at 11:00 AM. Just two minutes later, they started knocking repeatedly and pressuring us to leave, without even giving us basic time to freshen up. They pushed us to get out ASAP, saying a new customer was waiting outside the room. Very poor hospitality and management. Definitely not worth staying here.

The place was extremely dirty and unhygienic, especially the washrooms. I asked reception about cleaning: first they said the cleaner reported at 9:00 am, then after 10:20 they said someone would come within 10 minutes. Nobody showed up. They also promised fresh towels, but didn't even provide one extra. The rooms were all the same, whether called deluxe or suite, so it felt like a waste of money. The main door lock didn't work properly, and someone outside could clearly see through its hole what the person inside was doing. Very, very dirty.

From the street, the lodge looks impressive, but inside the room was awful and full of cockroaches. The manager was very arrogant. I'd give it zero stars, and would ask everyone to stay away.
