A direct walk-in is possible, but you'll be charged more, and for that money you can find an excellent room in our city. The price on the Oyo app was about 550rs. When I arrived, the receptionist told me to cancel the booking and demanded triple that amount for check-in. I strongly advise against going there through Oyo or visiting again. I won't return in my lifetime because of the pricing and the way they ignored proper procedure. Plan accordingly if you still decide to pay extra.

We'd booked a room in advance, traveled to Hyderabad, and arrived after walking under the hot sun, only to be told the hotel couldn't check us in unless we paid more. OYO customer care was hopeless when I called. The hotel staff said they use OYO to get leads, then offer rooms only at the price they demand. It was a pathetic experience with both OYO and Raja Ram Hotel.

We booked through Oyo at an offer price and got a room with a broken geyser and a bathroom flush that didn't work. The hotel staff already knew about these problems, but acted as though they had only just stopped working.

I paid online after booking, but they said that payment wasn't valid and refused to give me a room. They would only offer one if we paid extra cash. This was a waste of time, and Oyo's app service was useless.
