At Home Suites

The rooms are a decent size, but the service is terrible. In some rooms the geyser didn’t work, while in others only boiling water came from the tap and shower. My room had a flickering light. The maintenance person knew about it, but it still wasn’t replaced. You have to ask specifically just to get the TV switched on. The restaurant’s menu is limited to basic food, with a decent amount of chilli, so we ordered from swiggy every day.

I couldn’t sleep in the bed all night because it had bedbugs. They kindly moved me to another room after I complained, but that one had even more. The bathroom and washroom could be cleaner, and the place felt like an old motel. Breakfast was unpleasant. There were only three or four items, two had run out, and nobody came from the kitchen to refill them. The taste was just okay. Two stars out of five, and I won’t return.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff are supportive. Ignore the negative comments, this was one of the best stays I’ve had recently. Everything was perfect for me.

The rooms were untidy and didn’t look at all like the pictures. They seem to have turned duplex apartments into a homestay, but there’s no kitchen or appliances, perhaps because they have their own restaurant. They did take care to return my lost hoodie.
