Everything else is fine, but room service needs improvement.

I stayed here for almost 15 days, and it was a bad experience with the staff and services. When I asked about WiFi, I was told there wasn’t any, even though the booking clearly said it was available. The TV had no recharge either, so I couldn’t watch the cricket match last weekend. Before booking, check these things: parking wasn’t available, so there was no safety; WiFi and TV recharge weren’t available; room service wasn’t available; and the restaurant could be closed at any time. Complementary breakfast was offered while booking, but nobody provided it at the hotel.

The building is old, and so is the lift, but the lift does work.

On my first visit, I found the people helpful and the rooms clean, with daily upkeep. There’s a phone and mini refrigerator in the room, plus taxi service at the hotel. A restaurant, ATM, fuel point, and bike and car rentals are all nearby, about ten meters away. There wasn’t a dedicated mobile charging point in the room.
