Athidi Grand Hyderabad by OYO Rooms

The reception staff were very irresponsible, and reception and room service were both very bad. They said breakfast was included, then ordered an idali loke dish for Rs 50. No staff provided warm water or good-quality towels in the room. The cleaning was very average too. Extremely dissatisfied.

The outside ambiance is nice, but the rooms aren’t clean. Room service and cleaning were hopeless, and the staff were rude and unapologetic. The hospitality was the worst. That one star doesn’t feel deserved.

It was good to stay there, but they didn’t provide a dental kit each day. They handed over one kit, then for the remaining days gave a 50 paise shampoo and a medimix soap.

I booked two rooms and arrived at 7 PM, but the staff weren’t ready with the room entry keys. It took 15 minutes to finish the formalities. One smart card key didn’t work, so we had to ask the service person to come open the door each time. The rooms weren’t stocked with soap or shampoo before we entered, so we had to ask for them. They provide 50pc clinic plus shampoo, which I think they should change. Hotel management, please check the bed quality, it lost temper.
