OYO Flagship 137 Vijay nagar

Hygiene was poor and the food choices were very limited. Even with extra charges, the hotel management couldn't sort out simple things like Bournvita, complain, or hot chocolate. They said yes to eggs for breakfast, but there weren't any. The kitchen staff and management were pretty bad. Maybe that's what you get for the low price, but I won't come back.

The food we ordered through room service was fantastic, and the staff were attentive with prompt service. Our room was clean and well kept, with amenities that felt suitable for the price. The hotel is near a busy business complex, and there are plenty of transport options nearby for getting around.

I booked for two days and was surprised this is rated as a 3-star hotel by OYO and Goibibo. The room was dirty, with black patches on the walls, and the washroom was unclean, with a broken wall and a broken window covered with newspaper. The mug was broken too. We had booked for two people, but were given one 500 ml water bottle. When I asked for a larger or extra bottle, they refused and said it was OYO policy. Breakfast was very low quality. I wouldn't recommend booking here or treating it as a 3-star hotel.

The rooms were clean and good, and the staff were cooperative. The place is fine to stay at, though the service and food menu could use some more attention. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, and on two occasions the food served didn't match the menu description.
