The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and the rates were good. Everything is nearby too.

The manager was rude to me over a lift problem, and the staff didn’t know how to treat guests. I was so upset I even thought about calling the police, especially since my wife and 2-year-old daughter were with me. I’d never stay here again.

I stayed here in September 2018. The location worked well, with the bus stand and railway station close by, and the air-conditioned rooms were decent for a negotiable price. It’s a reasonable option if you just need somewhere to rest for one night.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff were really cooperative. It’s a newly built hotel in a handy spot, across from the bus stand, about a 500 m walk from Abu Road railway station, with the market nearby. I’d recommend it if you’re visiting Abu Road.
