I was very disappointed with the stay. I'd booked a deluxe room but was given a classic one. Staff said the deluxe rooms and most classic rooms were being renovated, even though those room types were still available to book. Both the room and bathroom were unhygienic, smelled strongly, and had cockroaches. Basic hygiene and service standards weren't met.

They charged more than the amount we had reserved, and the room and hospitality were both very bad.

I liked it a lot. Everyone should go at least once. It felt safe and secure.

WOMEN'S SAFETY ALERT: Please don't book here, at any cost. People tried to open our doors and banged on them around 2-3 a.m. We eventually had to call the Hyderabad police patrol team for help. We got no support from reception, so they may have been involved. I'm speaking up and have proof.

The bathroom was in very poor shape, and management wasn't welcoming. I asked for check-in two hours early when booking, but even though a room was available, they wouldn't give it to me until noon unless I paid an extra 40%, citing the rules. There wasn't any drinking water either. I wouldn't recommend it.
