I booked because it was cheap and near the station, after reading the reviews on the Fabhotel app. The stay was awful: the TV and AC were broken, the restroom smelled terrible, and there was no drinking water. They gave me a terrible room and the service was just as bad. I understand you can't leave a review in the FabHotel app after checkout. I don't know how the app displays its ratings and reviews, but the owner was the worst person I've dealt with. Don't book here, stay away from these people. If you can add another 300, you can get a better hotel with more amenities.

The AC was switched off from 7 AM on checkout day, and the room wasn't in good shape to begin with. The bedsheet was dirty, there was no bucket in the bathroom, and the flush didn't work at all. What a great experience.

The location is the only decent thing. The manager insisted that we pay him in cash and cancel our Fab hotel online booking, and wouldn't let us check in. We had to complain to Fab hotels customer care before they finally allowed us in. One out of five.

The desk staff member was helpful, but I still left and checked out early because the location, ambience, and amenities were so poor. I changed rooms twice, the AC didn't work, and the washroom flush was broken. I asked Fab to move me to the hotel 'the Gate', but Fab was so indifferent that it didn't respond. This is the worst hotel I've seen. If you're assigned The Gate, think twice before checking in.

Our time in hyderabad was miserable because of this fab hotel. The location felt sketchy, and the receptionist seemed kind of intoxicated, was slow to respond, rude to my family, and told me to cancel the booking and get a refund. Most of the good reviews here seem to be from telugu people, probably friends of the staff, while people from elsewhere have left bad reviews. I'd only suggest staying here if you're telugu. Otherwise, be ready to get scammed. Horrible, fraudulent hotel.
