Grand Continent Anjuna Sarovar Portico Affliate

Pooja, Sameer, and Bhargav made everything run smoothly with their warm hospitality. We enjoyed the food, and the breakfast had a good range of options. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the unexpected upgrade was a lovely bonus. The pool was well cared for and a nice place to unwind. We had a wonderful stay at Grand Continent, with comfort and good value at an affordable price. 😊

The breakfast spread was the one bright spot, and the staff serving it were courteous. Once they heard how things had gone, they made an extra effort to help us feel better. The rest was a very poor experience. The beds were queen size despite being advertised as king, the rooms smelled and had damp walls, the room phone didn't work, and there's no lift. Kitchen service stops after 10 PM, which makes this a poor choice for families with small kids. We booked because of the Sarovar Portico name, then realized this hotel is an affiliate. Sarovar Portico should have stronger protocols to ensure a basic service standard.

The food was delicious, and the rooms were cleaned daily. We came on holiday with friends and our families and had a lovely time at this hotel. Sameer Patel, Shabbier Ansari, and Ashok were especially great. The staff are kind and very friendly 👍 I’d definitely come back and highly recommend staying here. 😊

The Superior Category room was a great deal and just the right size for two. Totan Das was attentive, polite, and took care of everything our family needed. The team, from reception to the security guard, seemed well trained and understood guests' needs. The buffet breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and most of the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Anjuna is a convenient base, close to the main places. A really good place to stay, especially for the service.
