Rams Inn Yercaud

It’s easy to get to the lake and reach other attractions from here. The family rooms are neat and decent, and the balcony rooms are especially nice. There’s no restaurant at the hotel, and bachelors aren’t allowed to stay. Alcohol is strictly not allowed either.

Manager Balaji sir was genuine and courteous, and the place felt safe with a nice ambience. The rooms are good for a family group or two families together, and they were decent and clean. There’s no restaurant or room service, and the road nearby is in bad condition. Sightseeing spots and hotels are within walking distance, so that wasn’t a problem for us. The TVs in the individual rooms weren’t working.

We stayed three days in the 215 suite. It was spacious and tidy, with a balcony facing a park and lots of trees. The birds singing in the mornings were lovely. We’d booked well ahead, before the election dates were set, and they kept our booking during the election period. There wasn’t any housekeeping to put things back in order, and a few things weren’t working, but they fixed those once we let them know.
