Breezy Land Residency

Evening bonfires had a warm, friendly feel, and the fire dancers were energetic and fun to dance with. The place also has a nice family and community atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, staff responded quickly whenever we needed dining or cleaning help, and the food was excellent. A lovely place to visit with the whole family.

We had such a good time over those three days, especially around the campfire with music. It’s a superb place on a minimum budget, with helpful staff for our boys. The rooms looked good, and the team were friendly and accommodating. One manager served us during the set dinners and was very polite and helpful. Raja was great too, and that boy was very polite. Amazing experience, see you again...

The terrace is where you can see the mountain view, not from the room. We booked two deluxe rooms, but neither felt deluxe. There were lots of insects, and the window didn’t have a proper curtain. They only brought towels and toiletries after we asked. The place itself was easy to find.

I booked through Booking.com and paid 2800 rupees upfront, half the reservation amount. When my trip was canceled at the last minute, I contacted the hotel to let them know. Mr Avinash offered a refund without me asking, but said I should cancel on Booking.com so they could rebook the room. That sounded reasonable, so I did. Afterward they neither returned my money nor answered my calls. I found the representatives unethical and felt they would go to any lengths to take money. If you care about integrity, avoid this hotel. Thanks.
