Amã Stays & Trails Heavens Ledge, Yercaud

At night, the best view was of Salem City, with lovely hill views from the spacious rooms. Our room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were warm and welcoming, looking after our needs. I recently stayed at VS Cube Estancia, Yercaud, and had a delightful time. Surrounded by greenery and peaceful scenery, it was a great break from city life. My stay was memorable, and I'd recommend VS Cube Estancia to anyone after a relaxing, rejuvenating vacation. Thanks to VS Cube Estancia and team.

The place is far from the main Yercaud attractions, which made it a poor fit for us with toddlers. We only ended up at VS3 Estancia after our booking at Gardwood Homestays was denied and the owner, Raja, offered it as an “alternative.” It was a basic lodge, nowhere near the premium cottage we had booked, yet we were charged the same amount. After the stress and inconvenience of being redirected with babies, I tried to explain how unfair the price was. Raja was blunt and dismissive and wouldn’t reduce it by even one rupee. I expected clear communication, some empathy, and a fair solution. We got none of that, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing and emotionally draining.

The balcony has breathtaking views, and the hotel staff were very nice. Management was great too. Since there were no outlets open after 10 pm in Yercaud, they even arranged food for us late at night when we wanted it. I had a great time there with my friends. One of the best places to stay while visiting Yercaud.

We stayed as a family in April 2025 and enjoyed both the hotel and our time at the Yercaud tourist places. The arrangements were excellent, the services were very good, and the staff were pleasant, especially Mr. Raja. Thank you.
