Ms. Nausheen Rehman and Ms. Swapana Shiniswapna made my stay at Regenta Place feel comfortable from the start. They greeted me warmly and were consistently attentive, respectful, and ready to help. Their professionalism and genuine care made everything run smoothly. People with that kind of dedication and kindness are rare. My wife and young son got stuck in the lift on our last day, and it was quite traumatic. I hope management improves safety measures so this doesn't happen again. Nausheen and Vignesh at the front desk took the initiative right away and supported us, and their quick, helpful response made a big difference. We'd had a very good week overall: clean rooms, a convenient location, and polite, helpful staff throughout. The staff support was excellent, even though that final incident was upsetting.

Ms. Nausheen from the Front Office made check-in easy and welcoming. She was polite, supportive, and very helpful throughout. I really appreciated her professionalism and warm attitude. The service and hospitality at Regenta Hotel were excellent, and the staff are clearly dedicated to looking after guests. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel.
