The person at reception just said I had to put up with it, and was rude and no help. There was no room service, not even water provided. The bedsheets, pillows and towel were dirty, the room smelled, and the furniture was broken. This was the worst hotel I've come across. Don't book it.

After three hours without electricity in the room, I told them I was checking out. Nobody tried to stop me or even apologize. When I arrived at about 1:30 p.m. for my noon check-in on December 31, 2025, reception first asked if I'd paid online, then ignored me and made me wait 40 minutes because the room wasn't ready. They eventually put me on the fifth floor, but there was no power backup, so I had to climb all the stairs. When I called about the outage, they said it would take 30 minutes, but the power never came back. Don't stay here, and don't trust OYO room bookings.

No AC, even though one is installed, and it's broken. The place smells terrible throughout, and the room and hotel look like a public toilet. There was no heater or hot water, and the room had no mirror, table or chair. I'd give zero stars if that were possible. Think twice, or three times, before booking.

I booked through Booking.com for a business trip, but the front desk said the price was higher than the one in my booking. When I challenged that, the receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful, with no courtesy or professionalism. The whole exchange wasted my time and caused needless trouble, especially since I was relying on a confirmed reservation for work. I can't recommend this place. There are better options nearby that honor bookings and treat guests properly.
