The staff handled our room problem quickly. When the AC in the rooms we were given wasn't working properly, they moved us to another room straight away, without any hassle. They were polite and helpful throughout. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the hotel is handy for the commercial market and bus stand. We had a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it.

It was just about okay. Our bathroom had no water when we checked in, though they fixed it after a couple of hours. Cleanliness was below average, and the corridors had things lying around that looked like they were meant to be thrown out.

The cockroaches made sure I wasn't alone, and seemed more attentive than the staff. The room and service were both poor. That wasn't the kind of hospitality I expected.

We found the rooms clean and the service good. It suited our family and met our needs, so we plan to return on our next trip to Bangalore. Recommended.

The photos online gave us the wrong impression of Athasri Hotel MS Towers. There was no proper staff or service boys, and no restaurant, so we had to arrange everything from outside. The room had mosquitoes and we couldn't sleep all night. Facilities shown in the photos weren't actually available. Booking two nights was a big mistake, since even one night was unbearable. Poor management and no value for money. I wouldn't recommend it.
