There was dependable hot water in the bathroom around the clock, but the stay still wasn’t worth the money. The room and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the bedsheets looked like they’d been left from previous guests. There was no kettle for heating drinking water, which was inconvenient in Bangalore’s cold weather, and the TV didn’t work. I also had trouble communicating with the person in charge. He couldn’t speak or understand English and wouldn’t let me contact the owner directly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families or children.

The blankets were dirty, the rooms weren’t clean, and there was no proper service or entertainment. I wouldn’t stay here.

I picked this hotel for an office trip because it’s near the Silk Board. My car got scratched while parked in front, and there didn’t seem to be any security. The reception staff were rude and spoke to guests as if they were laborers or homeless. There was no politeness. I know running a business is hard, but hotel management, please look into this.

I booked through make my trip, but found the hotel unsafe for women and couples. The staff were drunk and very rude. make my trip’s service team was also terrible. They asked me to photograph the drunk staff and their rude behavior, otherwise they wouldn’t refund my money. Please be careful when booking properties, or you could get stuck somewhere unsafe.
