Bhakta from the F&B service made the meals especially enjoyable. He was warm, friendly, and quick to help with a smile. The rest of the staff were courteous and attentive too, and the food was fresh, tasty, well prepared, and offered plenty of choice. I had a really pleasant stay at Regenta Inn, Indiranagar, Bangalore, and would definitely recommend it. 👍

The breakfast had an excellent range of dishes, and our room was clean with soft bed linen. Staff were helpful and brought things we needed on time. We also appreciated the hotel's good location. Thanks for the hospitality and comfortable stay, it was a great experience with family.

We arrived at Regenta Inn Koramangala at 5 PM yesterday, and the room was already in awful shape. The floor hadn't been properly mopped, the bed linen and curtains had visible stains, the dustbin outside was filthy, and there was mould in the bathroom. The bathing water was murky too. My wife and I both woke up this morning with severe itching all over our bodies. We're not risking another shower in that water. Agoda helped us cancel the remaining two nights, and we're leaving immediately. I didn't even feel safe eating breakfast after seeing the condition of the rooms, because it left me worried about the kitchen hygiene as well. The glowing online ratings now seem very hard to trust. Avoid this property.

Cold showers and too few amenities made for a very poor stay. The staff didn't seem to know the basics of what needed doing, and management wasn't involved. I expected much more, and I won't visit again.
